Might have to have a non starter car taken 140 miles, Kent to Bedfordshire. Just wondered if anyone has used a service they can recommend and how much I should expect to cough up?
Cheers.

How valuable is the car - is it yours ?

Try Shipley.

I've had cars moved with Shipley bidders for £1 a mile......

Ok the lad turned up with a freelander and a trailer there was no tachometer and I'm pretty sure it wasn't insured to tow commercially m .... I just followed him to make sure he went to mine with it and as the vehicle was getting rebuilt anyway I was non fussed if he rolled it or what.

Good friend of mine is a van driver and uses the “apps” to get work. The cost savings to user do come from the drivers doubling up (not sure how that works with a trailer) and from doing a certain route anyway so any money they can recover is worth it even if its just half the petrol money. Will ask him tonight who he uses.

Worth knowing for future jamba thanks.
I have booked Shiply for tomorrow now and for a good price, well I thought so. All very professional so far....Hope it's the same tomorrow and they don't turn up with a mondeo estate and tow rope 😀
Thanks for the shout guys.
