Seen a few old threads, one helped me with my van but they don't go cars it seems.
About to buy a new (to us) car and would like some seat covers. Can't find ones I like so looking for recommendations.
They'll be on most of the time occasionally coming off to wash.
Need to be resistant to horse hair and general equine odours.
Separate head rest preferred as it is easier to fit and they generally seem to confirm better to the seat. Custom/semi custom but not silly expensive.
Some are £20 and could be a bargain but others are £150 and don't appear much better from the info.
Wondering where I should look? It's a Kia Stonic if that makes a difference.
Do NOT use Inka.
Strung me along for weeks on end with excuse after excuse and when they arrived I was less than impressed with the quality
In a vehicle whose usage profile necessitates the usage of seat covers, I'd be treating covers as a consumable item rather than looking for nice ones.
I keep a pair of one-size-fits-none covers in the boot for when I've been outdoorsing and come back slutched up to the fetlocks. They fit like elasticated rain covers for rucksacks, were dirt cheap (ahem), serve their purpose effectively and won't give me a sharp stabbing pain in the wallet when I come to need replacements.
The ugly waterproof ones do the job when covered in crap, and don't leave the car looking like it's got crappy seats the rest of the time. Bought some for my son's car when he was working on cars - so the commute home he wasn't sat on the pale grey and red seats in oily jeans. How often are you full of horse hair and poo ? Daily ?
