I'm confused.
Adrian Flux just sent a letter stating due to some new database all vehicles and insurance details need to be entered and while doing this apparently my vehicle details do not match what is held by the insurance company. The DVLA documents and the details the insurance company do actually match, so i'm not sure what they mean.
BUT
If they think they do not match does this mean that they would have squirmed out of payments in case of a claim. If they are aware of this does this mean that i'm not insured? And if this is the case WTF am i paying them for?
Get on the phone ASAP, and get it sorted, could just be an Admin error on their part but if not, then no you 'possibly' won't be insured...
...and as for what do brokers do? Don't get me started, my house insurance brokers have had me tearing my hair out then being as nice a pie within the same week. So tempted to walk away....
