Midday:
Large slice Panattone, cuppa.
Post ride morsel:
More Panattone, more tea.
Evening meal:
Large rump steak, new potatoes, roast veg with garlic, onions, mushrooms, nice glass of Merlot.
Just having a rest now. There's a Mint Aero in the fridge and the rest of that Panattone isn't going to eat itself now, is it? 😀
