Anyone else having this problem? Error message saying it's a cache issue but if I try with no username or password I can get around it as it lets me in after that page. But at each visit I'm logged out again. Android user, 7 year old Sony Xperia. Losing the will to live with this site. I empathise with the pleas for financial support (and I've been a paying member for years) but after all these years the site never seems to be rid of basic issues for very long.
Possibly a 7 year old mobile device may not be helping the issue...is it running latest Android and updates? (or even a recent Android and updates)...
If you clear all your cookies/cache what happens? If it takes you to a page and you can bypass it without entering your details then it suggests you are logged in already - which could be a caching issue...
My phone is updated to Android 8.0
Yeah, that isn't recent...Android 13 is out...so that probably isn't helping the issue.
Do you access to a computer? If so, does the same thing happen using that instead of your phone? If so, it suggests a possible issue with your account/profile, if not and it is just the phone then it suggests an issue with that setup.
Thanks. Would be good to know what age of updates the site supports. Looks like I'll need to upgrade my phone.
My brand new windows laptop is showing the same login error so don't think the age of the device matters too much. I'm logged in on my ancient S10 but had to login 4 times to be able to post.
Others forums dont have this problem only this one. It's frustrating especially when we're being asked to be a fully paid member which I've no problem paying if everything works.
@TrailriderJim I have made a change to the login page so please let us know if you still have troubles logging in. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@tommathy,thanks,login page seems to be working normally for me now and I've stayed logged in after hopping off to a few sites and coming back. Fingers crossed I can carry on seeing how long I can stretch running my phone for...
For future reference: If the age of the OS is an issue, you might find that a different browser from the inbuilt one is better supported.

I always download Chrome to all my devices.
