No matter what browser I use for some reason today I cannot browse the site on my motoG7 android phone . The message appears with " continue with recommended cookies" button as an option but pressing on this does nothing and the screen remains obscured . I have cleared all original cookies but it's still no go . Any suggestions much appreciated . Thanks in advance , Bill
I had the same issue on Monday. If I pressed edit options or whatever it says then save it was ok. It still popped up on every request.
I have the same with Firefox on Windows with canvasblocker enabled. Disabling blocking on this site allowed the cookie pop up to work and the site then works fine with it re=enabled. It’s almost as if it needs to download a shed load of trackers before it will let you decide whether to allow cookies.

Well .. I tried again after seeing your replies and bizarrely even though I had cleared all STW cookies ..it allowed me to view the forum without any request at all for accepting cookies. Another odd thing that drove me mad and often occurs is also that after entering the site I will see a blank white page which makes me think there a problem , when in fact everything is there but I have to scroll down to see it ! I said once before ..I've experienced more strange tech issues on this site than perhaps the rest of the web combined ! Weird and inexplicable .

Best description of this site I've seen for a while. I solved my problem through the power of STW. There's a thread about ChatGPT which prompted me to ask it why the STW cookie popup won't work with canvassblocker and what I could do to fix it, which eventually led me to the Idon'tcareaboutcookies addon for Firefox. Works a charm.

You mean so companies stop collecting all this data on you? Tracking you round the net? Me too. I loathe it and thus block all cookies apart from on a couple of sites.
