Just booked a ticket online, however i had intended to use some Tesco vouchers, but hit the pay button too quickly! I hadn't Read the T&Cs to notice that they are valid for call centre booking only.
I bought the cheapest ticket, so technically no changes. Does anyone know if Eurotunnel are likely to let me cancel and rebook for no charge?
Or will I just have to suck it up and book a trip later in the year to use the voucher before it expires?
I've found tesco and Eurotunnel to be very flexible. You should be able to cancel the booking with Eurotunnel or get tesco to refund your vouchers.
