Probably not as its a man made fibre.

yes, but it's not the sort of thing you would normally do at home. Google dispersal dyes.

As far a I remember fleece is polypropylene or similar, cant be dyed as its plastic (can bleach and stain with some chemicals) the colour is a pigment added at the manufacturing stage which is very colour fast.

Yes, but you need a special polyester dye (fleece is polyester not polypropylene) and you need to dye it a darker colour than it currently is.
