Go and find a beach in Palawan with no one on it.

Bring a book, teach yourself.

Retreats include other people. 👿

In good weather, you can do beach walks abd find yourself
In bad weather, you can work on dealing with being stuck inside a lot

You'll find yourself a lot quicker in Scarborough, and pints will be far easier to obtain as well.

I have a beach 10 minutes away and have a sea view from my house.
I can walk for miles there.

I would just go for a week to a structured camp for a bit of meditation together with a bit of yoga and nice weather.

She'd be a lot more mindful if she had a coat on.

I thought the point of mindfulness was to be able to practice it anywhere, regardless of your surroundings?

It does not apply to everyone in a similar way.

Some may be able to be mindful in all situations while others cannot as people are all very different.

You just have to try out a way/method that suits you best.

Textbook stuff are just the starting point but you have to try them out yourself.

🙂

You can.

But that doesn't mean you can't combine learning more about it with a relaxing holiday and some nice weather.
