Arrears of pay relates to what, and what period does it cover? e.g. My employer went pop on Jan 15th, they owe me for the 15 days I had worked, but they also haven't paid me for December. Is Jan the arrears or is December and January the arrears?
Why is arrears deducted from a protective award if the protective award is in lieu of redundancy, not unpaid wages?
Is my actual redundancy deducted?
Is there anything else apart from Income Tax, NI and JSA that needs to be deducted?
