I went to Port Aventura in Salou a few years back. It was ace in a really childish sort of way 😀

Slide and Splash in the Algarve is fantastic!
Stay in Portimão or Lagos or if you're feeling brave Luz.

There's a good one at the south end of lake garda. Close to some excellent mtb.

I'd re-visit Tenerife just to hit Siam waterpark again. Great fun!

Siam Park is really good, the wave pool is amazing.

There is also a second waterpark just down the road too, although it's knocking on a bit now.

Siam park as mentioned above is absolutely brilliant. Best comparison ride wise to other water parks I'd say, is your local poxy funfair turning up once a year versus alton towers.

Worked on the build of both Siam Park and Port Aventura - my money would be on Port Aventura just because of everything else there around it BUT Tenerife takes some beating (I lived there for 12yrs - just get out of the resorts and explore)
