Don't know if that title even makes sense.......anyway......
I wonder is any of the stw massif can recommend some reading that has helped them train themselves to be more positive and take positives from challenging situations and it would be even better if its linked to sport and setting goals, etc. Going through a rough patch professionally, personally and now even my cycling's gone to pot! I've not quite gone mad and reaching for the fluoxetine yet but if i don't address it soon i may be there again.
Any recommendations welcomed.....
Cheers

How about something from here: http://www.brainpickings.org/index.php/2011/07/04/7-essential-books-on-optimism/
Don't know if quite what you want but:
Armstrong's first book got me out of hospital and back on my bike,
[Carmichael's training book almost put me back in hospital]
Obree and Rob Lee's books are also very good.
Excellent books about being at low points and getting back to happier places/success. Probably not quite what you're after but a worthy read anyway
Cheers guys, something to chew on there.....
Taff - you're in the right balpark, had a wee giggle at the first bit (thanks) 🙂
