As above using Flickr no problems pre forum update using the BB code, the forum help guide doesn't seem to work for me now. others seem to manage, I have tried with Ipad / safari, W10 Explorer and Edge but no success any help would be greatly appreciated.
It works the same for me. Ensure I'm on the desktop site, not the mobile site or app.
It doesn't work in the 'preview', but works fine when you post it.
Choose the curved arrow icon below the pic (and to the right). Select bbcode, change the size if required & copy the link....hmmm, let me try it now.

Thanks everyone appreciate everyone's time, just not using the BBcode with the Insert image function seems to work, Scotroutes I tried the BBcode app on my IPhone it didn't work for me.

Nah, still can’t do this on an iPad.
you need the short URL, the full page one or the JPEG link as I posted above - see the URL's in my post and get the one the matches
For me I did not use the insert/edit image box just simply just copy and paste either the URL (in the top address bar in the browser) or copy and paste the BBcode into this text box, it doesn't show an image in the preview, but after hitting the submit button the image is in the forum pane, for me nothing like it used to be or is advised on the forum help page
