Amazing cars , I used to live in the flat above Haslemere Sports Cars in Camelsdale where the late John Foulston's cars were prepared.. Lola T70, Mclaren M8 (D I think) amongst others...... Not the worst noise to wake one up on a Sunday morning.

Yep, those were really intersting races.
I lived in Las Vegas at the time, when the Stardust Raceway still existed.
Anyone else remember Jim Hall and the Chaparrals (with the huge fan in the center to create strong downdraft)? Essentially extremely fast vacuum cleaners they were.
