Dear stw massive,
What recommendations do you have for family friendly coastal campsites in south west (Atlantic Coast) france. Family friendly but not one of the massive complex type things, whilst we have kids and they need entertaining we also like quiet smaller sites.

It's right at the far end of the island so a bit quieter than those closer to La Rochelle to which there are a number of buses each day. Plenty of flat surfaced cycle routes, great sandy beaches for the kids plus the lighthouse next door. A little dear high season but we went when we could use the ACSI card.
