Any suggestions for this? Northern England, North Wales or South Scotland.
A lot of places i've been looking at seem to be either closed, full or with crap pubs.
Preferably with electric hook up.
Cheers
I've been looking for the same and finding the same results
Do you have a camper, or in a tent ?  Camper you may get a pub that allows overnight parking (there is a website) for free, but standard camp sites are usually shut, only the odd few that are camper only that stay open that late.
Useful group for that sort of thing.
Close to Ullswater. Good pub on site. A great site (well, it was when I last camped there 10+ yrs ago)
If you don't mind a short walk, the Wasdale Campsite (NT), about a half mile walk from the Wasdale Head inn.
I think https://thequietsite.co.uk/ is open over the new year and has a pub on site. I've used it a few times and it's been fine.
We had the best Hogmanay for many years at the Clachaig Inn in Glencoe. The Red Squirrel campsite is close by. No hook-up though and probably a bit far north for you.

Boozer in Torver has campervan pitches. Right at the foot of Walna Scar.
