Ideally something we can get tomorrow.
Pie jnr is ~5 months, but is quite chunky (19lbs ish) so it needs to be roomy.
Suggestions please?

If they're not crawling then its not really needed IMO. We went with our daughter when she was 11 months and she just slept on a WeeAiric next to us. She was just starting to walk but had no chance of reaching the zips to get out of the tent.
Quilt on the floor of your tent - couple of pillows either side - work fine for us.
If your tent is big enough then Nomad Travel Cots are very good, although not sure where you would be able to get one by tomorrow. We have used ours loads over the past few years.
We wrapped them in a fleece blanket, then put that inside a kiddie sleeping bag. Laid them on a cheap foam sleeping mat.
