Looking to have a couple of weeks in Southern France during the last 2 weeks of June next year. Looking for camp site recommendations (keycamp/Eurocamp) etc. for the Languedoc/Roussillon Area Of France. Taking daughter her partner & grand kids (9 & 5), as well as 20 year old daughter and 11 year old foster girl. Not too noisy on a night, but plenty for kids to do on the site and surrounding areas. Biking not essential, but would be an added bonus!
also interested.
(We went to Camping Les Biches in the Vendee this year with Canvas Holidays - would recommend it but looking at different areas for next year)
just coming back from France . we stayed for 2 nights in a campsite called Le castellas between Sete and Marseillan .
beach the other side of the fence , multi swimming pools , lots of activities .
We went to le vieux port in the south west last year and really enjoyed it- will probably go back next year as its great for the kids (12',13& 15)- adjoining the beach and in a woodland setting.
We stopped [4 families] at Le Serignan Plage a few years back - http://www.leserignanplage.com/
Pretty good site with loads for the kids to do, we never saw them outside of meal-times so I guess they were happy
For the life of me I can't remember what the surrounding area was like though
