I am trying to draw a map for Southampton Bike Park but struggling with how best to represent it.
The only aeriel photos are looking from the bottom of the park up towards the start

I want to show it from the top looking down so riders can see what trails there are and which they want to ride.
Photos don't quite work because of the slope.

Free entry to anyone who can do me a good map. Please keep colours to a minimum as I will be engraving this by hand into wood with inlay.
Would something along these lines be too awkward to engrave?

I've only bothered roughing out the one track as it might be no good to you. Also if I were doing it for real I'd probably look at rotating it clockwise by 45 degrees so it was a bit closer to your original sketch angle.
Is the aeriel view on google earth up to date?

I am meeting tomorrow tip get photos etc from drones as Google Earth isn't up to date.

The wobbles and blurred edges will be character rather than mistakes.

It won't be on ply though. I learned from this experiment that ply rubs through just a little too easily. Doesn't look too bad with the car but want a better finish on a public sign.
