Guys, I'm looking for a good place to ride in the clitheroe area other than Gisburn trail centre. Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Rivington, cheeky stuff around Parlick, Pendle, Worsthorne, Calderdale... How far do you want to travel?

Check out Longridge fell - mixture of fireroad and some natural trails and also a DH track (if you can find it!)

There used to be some stuff in Wiswell Woods (above Whalley golf course), allthough quite a few trees were felled a few years back with most of the tracks trashed. Not sure if people have started building again though.

Most of the Ribble Valley is farm land and there's a bit of a shortage of decent legal riding. There are three good BW loops in the Bowland Fells if you want legal stuff. Otherwise as suggested above, plenty in the West Pennine Moors, plus other stuff which really requires local knowledge. Have a look at the website of Blackburn Bikers whose patch this is. They go out ever Wednesday night and at weekends.
