#COFFEE&BUTTYFUNDRAISER

This Bank Holiday Sunday (2nd May) from 9am till 2pm the residents of Lower Greave Farm, London Road will be hosting a coffee and butty fundraiser in support of Calder Valley Search & Rescue Team (CVSRT).
If you are out for a ride on London Road or heading up to Stoodley Pike why not pop along for some home cooked food along the way. The organisers have placed signs on the local paths to help you find your way.
There is no set price for the food and refreshments on offer, however, any and all donations will be greatly received.
A couple of CVSRT team members will be around as well to say hi and answer any questions you may have. There may also be a trainee search dog along to look after her handler!
Many thanks to the organisers for their support to the team and lets hope the weather is lovely on Sunday.

CVSRT have been extremely busy during the pandemic attending 93 Callouts in 2020 and already 43 in 2021, our normal fundraising events have been affected, so if you can help out, whilst you are on a ride it would be appreciated. Further details on CVSRT Facebook Page.

Called in this afternoon on our walk. What a good do! Really well supported and raised lots for the MRT who have been starved of their normal fundraising channels this year whilst having their busiest time ever. The rescue team members and dogs who turned up in the morning were actually called out whilst at the event. We had a lovely chat with the host (a keen cyclist) and his family, who's idea it was. Well played to them and all who contributed to this worthy cause. See you next time.
