Ace ride tonight, lovely hard, dusty paths.
Linked up a few new paths that had some nice twisty bits, everything seemed fast, flowy and really came together.
Saw a couple of deer.
Big orange sunset.
Shins and knuckles tingling with nettle stings.
If anybody is ill or off the bike at the moment you can have this one on me.
If I could bottle it, I'd sell it and make a fortune.

PR on a big road climb, 20% faster than 2 months ago.
Fab ride out tonight, dropped onto the road around the reservoirs and was rewarded with this view from the King's Tree - just before I was attacked by a marauding gang of Canada geese!!
