I've rented it for nearly 2 years and nowt wrong with it that I can see, just a small damp patch on the back wall which I'll ask to get fixed before I buy...
Do I just go with the Homebuyers Report or full structural survey?

If its been there over 120 years then I doubt it will fall down tomorrow...

I'd go the cheapest possible option, you will have more insight into the building in 2 years than some surveyor will glean in 15 minutes on a sunny day in August.

Even when you think youre paying for a "full structural survey" you arent. Waste of money.

Have a good look round for any Y shaped cracks in the mortar outside over windows/doors. Double check the service charge/freehold Co. obligations.
