Thanks to gauss1777, for the third time in 50 years I watched Butch and Sundance. Once when it came out and once when it first came on TV and now tonight. Still a great film but what I really remembered was going to the movies with the folks.
A good choice for tonight’s viewing.

It's getting a cinema re release this spring, one of the best cycling moments in a film!!

Such a classic. Can still remember my shock at the end, watching it the first time with my parents many centuries ago.

Nice. It is indeed a great film. I’m rather partial to westerns. Thanks mike for the re release heads up.

And now I’ve just had to reread William Goldman’s chapter on the film in Adventures in the Screen trade.
Would you believe the film came out to mixed reviews? Bloody critics.

My vote: Pee-wee Herman winning the TdF.
