clydesdale if there is a branch near you, free for two years. Otherwise whoever is easiest to get to and ask them for a deal.
Bear in mind changing it will be a hassle, although possible not the end of the world - how many clients are you going to need to inform in two years time?

Natwest - free for the first year, online and app is really easy and cash from wall via app, etc.
