Just wondered if anybody has had this type of holiday in Spain? Found a couple of campsite's that rent chalet/bungalow accommodation but we have not had this type of holiday before and have only stayed in apartments, self catering. Had plenty of British caravan holidays etc but never abroad.  Would like to hear any experiences,

Depends what and where it is, where I am there are a few sites nearby. Some are full of spanish families so a bit noisy, some are quieter...some are full of brits. I know where I d choose but maybe you are looking for something different. Read the reviews they are fairly accurate.

We were looking at Camping La Torre del Sol near Tarragona. No real main reason just liked the look of the site plus it was right on the beach and lots of different choice of chalets etc... but I would be interest in any other choices and opinions, much appreciated.
