Had an extension a couple of years ago. Recently a drain put in by the builder leaked. Dynorod came and inspected it and found builders rubb;e/concrete in the pipe. Now I can't get hold of the builder and he appears to have stopped trading.
Anyone been through this, got any advice? I'm thinking I should contact citezen's advice next week.
Could you rod/jet it to clear it? (Or has the pipe itself broken?) I had something similar with a blockage and got a company out and they did it for £150.
If he isnt trading not sure what you can do.
Claim on your insurance. Chasing the builder, if he's ceased trading, is a fool's errand.

or just get it sorted yourself.
OK, that's pretty much what I thought, thanks folks.
