1) what size frame fixings 10 x 140? (frame is 50mm thick going into block)

2) how many fixing in a 2m high frame - 4 per side?

3) door has a simple glass panel - to fit the glass do I simply apply silicon to door frame, fit the glass then more silicon and finally the wooden beading (nailed through to the frame)?

1, 150mm if going into block
2, 3 or 4 would be ample, avoiding anywhere that hinges or fixings will be going.
3 I wouldn't put silicone on the side of the bead, if its internal, before the bead has been fitted. Just on the external side. You can always run a thin bead of clear over the bead glass join was its installed.
