He certainly 'keeps it real' although I'd have thought someone worth $40 billion needs better security than just having a smallish house on a normal street?
Putting a slot machine in the house to get back the allowance he gave to his kids is genius, although I think not loaning his daughter $30k for a new kitchen when she was pregnant was pushing frugality a bit too far.
