Where from? Got a couple of bikes needing some new hyd brakes. They are not going to be used for anything too serious. Not much choice on the usual sites I use...
Clarks M2
Tektro Draco
Shimano B3xx
Etc.
All are perfectly fine for gravelly fireroad stuff.
I have 2 sets of SRAM level unused, off new bikes.... DM / PM... will swap for a Ukraine charity donation.
Merlin have various brakes reasonably priced
Ive got a set of Sram Level's on my Hybrid, they have been spot on and work really well
Can be had for £26 from CRC at the moment (buy two rears as the lever is dual sided)
I'm a fan of the Clarks M2, They generally seem to come well bled in the box with plenty of fittings and fixtures including spare olives for hose shortening, despite that never being promised in product description or blurb. ~20-25 quid an end is pretty fair, they often pop up discounted on all the usual bike shop sites...
Another Clarks vote. My 10 year old runs one on the front of his Specialized but in terms of fit and forget, its been brilliant. Feels very "Deore-ey" but for a fraction of the price (think this was about £20 from CRC).
