I can't get access to my BT Yahoo mail, either through Live Mail or IE. Was working fine until about 7 days ago.
Each time I try to login it tells me I've got the wrong ID or password.
I also just reset my password via IE to try to fix it, but it's not letting me in with the new password. I also changed the password in Live Mail, clicked on Synchronise, but still no joy.
Anyone out there got any thoughts?

Change provider, seriously you're about to enter a new world of hoop jumping and crap customer service and maybe you'll still not get the problem resolved. And they wonder why they're lagging behind Google.
