Was thinking of taking the boy to see British Super Bikes at Thruxton next weekend. Unfortunatly can't attend the race on the Monday but is it worth going to watch the qualifying on the Sunday ?

If you want your son to see the bikes then its lots cheaper and quieter. I'm taking my son up on Sat, as I'm not around on the Sun, and not paying £25 for the Monday considering that he will get bored after 2-3hrs

We had considered Saturday but as there are a couple races (Ducati 848 challenge and Supersport) in amongst the qualifiyng we decided Sunday might be more entertaining.

If he's never seen them before - it's well worth it

I remember going to my first race as a kid at Oliver's Mount, the noise speed and smell hooked me for life 🙂
