I’m looking to swap to Vodafone from BT after the latest price rise. Anyone with them?  Is it all it should be?

Thanks

They also don't have the best customer service or service full stop. Have a search on here - several threads warning folk off them.

I had endless issues with their mobile customer service, when switching, they were truly dreadful, but the broadband has been faultless. 25 quid a month, no landline fee and they gave me a Sonos play 1 too.

we've been with them since day one (actually before they went 'live').

no issues at all. No restrictions on downloads, fast enough (although that isn't specific to them of course), good enough router .

And now you get a sonos 1. We didn't!

I've been with them for a few years now. No problems and they were very quick to get Openreach out when something chewed through our phone cable.

See this https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Pay-monthly/Website-security-certificate-coming-from-vodafone-content/td-p/2454980

tl;dr

Their 'content control feature' cannot be disabled and in fact intercepts your https traffic the same way as a mitm attack making anything you want to be secure a lot less secure.

Been with Voda for my personal mobile for years but wouldn't touch them as an ISP.  Can't really grumble about the customer service I've received for the former, but tying myself into a long-term contract is not something I want to gamble on.

Zen have been my ISP for years now.  Upgraded to Fibre + Phone with them last winter for something like £45/m.  Never going to be the cheapest, but peace of mind is what I receive and bloody good CS.
