You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
So, it turns out that I parked slightly outside a parking bay which was marked out by a couple of small patches of paint. This was on a slightly snowy day which may have obscured these poor markings. There are also contradictory paint markings which my front wheels were parked within. They want to charge me £100 for what would be a £3 all day parking cost. They have rejected my appeal saying there were signs up and if I couldn't see the markings I shouldn't have parked there. What you think my chances are if I appeal to the BPA (they are a member)?
No personal experience but appeal process explained at Pepipoo or at

Plenty successful appeals.
