Saw this film last night. What a ****ed up, nasty, disturbing, grim piece of work.
Absolutely loved it! Best horror film in ages!
First time in along time the packed cinema was quiet, no chats, no phones, didn’t even hear anyone eating 😂
I am disappointed at your MBUK style response.
I opened this thread expecting to see a pic of Jo Burt’s “summer” with long golden locks being blown about in the wind
I am disappointed
Me too!
Me three! Though I thought that was reserved for winter solstice so was confused....
Go see the film you fools!
Bit it sounds scary and traumatic, I'm fine without that 🫣

I am slightly put off by your description of it :

The last film I saw at the cinema was this one a couple of weeks ago :
It was a nice fantasy film, interesting, but being an Indian film it was too long, two and a quarter hours.
And before that I saw this one :
Which I would definitely recommend, if its the sort of film which might appeal to you, in fact I have seen it twice. It's won some award and I found it really riveting.

So it’s a horror?
Yeah, that's sort of what I meant by "best horror film in ages". Probably too subtle? 😜
I just thought, if that Liam Neeson remake, supposed "comedy" shit can have it's own thread, then something new and original and actually good deserves it too.
Aye, one of the best horror films of the year so far. Sally Hawkins was amazing, someone needs to do a welfare check on Paddington.
