Big pot of coffee on the stove, bacon and sausages slow cooking in the oven and a large plate of pears, raspberries, melon and apples being devoured by the kids. I'll be putting on the roast soon too - very slow cooked shoulder of lamb today.

Warburton's Thick Toastie, 2 slices, Aldi 'Norpak' butter, Aldi coffee from my stove-top.

That's the coffee bubbling away that you can hear...

Bowl of shredded wheat and a pain au chocolat. Didn't really need the pain au chocolat either, still digesting the remnants of last night's barbecue (autumn? What autumn?)

Good strong massive mug of coffee done on the stove top Bialetti, toast with marmite (2 of).

Frustratingly it's a glorious morning here, but I've got a badminton match to play, so can't go for a ride. I dare say the weather would have changed by the time I can

Smokey bacon, sausages, black pudding, flat mushrooms, fried eggs, fried bread, baked beans.

Oh and HAS to be red sauce. None of this brown muck. And a macchiato to wash it down.
