With a weapon as big as this? Obviously....

That aside, Sunspel are lovely. My plums have never felt so comfy.

Had a look on Under Armour but even on their site the reviews are that their current stuff has gone crap?

I'll take a peak at Uniqlo

I have been the fortunate recipient of a Bam pants on few occasions. They make my equipment feel resplendent. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definately.

Calvin Kleins there is nothing more comfortable.

I ventured into a department store looking for new underwear and a young sales person directed me to garments made by Mr Klein with the parting words "these pants will change your life"
He was right you know.

In line with the silent majority: M&S, trunks with stretch. I'm posh so it's Autograph range mixed with Microskin Autograph for days I, ahem, exert myself.

Figures, I had to get 34" instead of 32" when I bought their selvedge Japan denim jeans.

Yep. Primark or Fruit of The Loom for me. Why pay more?

I like those tighter boxers. Are they 'jockey shorts'.

As above, sunspel, or happy socks and Waxx are very comfy - if you can get past the designs.

Of course they do.

Don't last like they used to though, barely got a year from the last 9 pairs.
That's over 12p a day, just for snappers.
The utter, utter bastards.

If this year's don't last any longer, I shall post them to the chief executive, unwashed, with a request for a refund.

It's spelled maccruiskeen.

I'll need to get him to sign a couple of pairs of mine too in case I need to "exert myself"

There are so many fits and materials in CK boxes you can't generally say that are the best, however CK microfibre from the US are the best I've had. Snug fit but high enough waist and long enough legs.
General Uniqlo not that good but Airism are, but they appear to have stopped making them now.
Underarmour are good
Also got some Peacocks ones for Christmas, I scoffed at the time but actually the fit and material are great.

What the hell are you doing to them??

I've still got serviceable grundies from my student days, 20 odd years ago!

I've found Gap trunks are the best fit. Has to be the trunks though, boxers allow the beanbag too much freedom to roam around.

edit: these ones

Seriously.

Bought 9 pairs from M&S, the black ones with the blue stripe on the waistband.

They lasted a year before the waistbands started to separate from the rest of the aforementioned Clarrie's.

Each pair worn and washed on average less than 25 times.
And it wasn't even a particularly exciting year.

I did however buy them whilst on holiday in Salisbury.
I have replaced them with identical examples bought from Burnley.

Perhaps they just don't travel well?

Thank Back to the Future for that joke 😉

Good god, no one buys M&S?.....

All the time - I used to get them from Gap but their quality went downhill (they lose their shape really quickly) but am quite happy with the M&S ones. I have no idea how long they last though – I don't keep note of purchase dates. I just buy them when I need them.

That'll be your problem. The terroir in Salisbury is all wrong.

Obviously loads buy M and S but they assume that anybody who posts asking where to buy underwear is either trolling for a bite from Mssrs Flasheart etc. or wants to know where to buy selvedge Rapha hipster trollies.

I literally have no idea where my boxers come from. My missus was so horrified at the state of some of mine that she bought me loads at once and threw out my old, comfortable ones with the holes in. Same deal with socks too.

They're supposed to protect your nads from radiation! At 42 Euro per pair you'd better love yourself a lot 😉
