Back in the early sixties I got a paper round and my dear old mum decided to teach me about savings, so she made me start paying into a fund with the Co-Op. It didn't last for long. Girls, dinghies, alcohol and Uni sort of took precedence but just like every March of recent years a heavy envelope has just dropped on the doormat with a nice boost against lockdown angst.
So help me mighty brains of STW, what should I spend it on to make me feel better?
