We're driving up to the Borders from Leeds tomorrow am, is it v snowy or ok? It's snowing in Leeds now and am just wondering if it's better or worse. Not going isn't an option really so wanted to be prepared! should we be ensuring we have shovels and thermals in the car??

no snow in dumfries and galloway but lots in nothumberland threfore i assume its snowing in east borders or all borders so assume the worst

we're going to dunbar via Kelso. Artic equipment and leaving silly early in the morning it is then.

Via Kelso probably a good bit there heading for 4" here a few milse from coast, oh and Northumberland but as crow flies maybe 20 miles max from border.
