Anyone know how the F*** you upload results?
I'd rather just pay the fine. Neen trying for 30 mins and going round in circles. I've registered and logged in but cannot see how to upload the photo of the lateral flow test.
I used it this week and didn't have a problem. However my wife struggled a bit to scan the QR code on the lateral flow test. A brighter room and moving the phone in and out of focus sorted it though. Agreed it's probably not the simplest thing to navigate.
My mother could not get the QR code to scan at all on her Android devices. I used and iphone and it worked straight away. Maybe as above, some devices need some perseverance.
Funny enough my android scanned straight away and my wife's iPhone struggled.
It scans fine but doesn't give me an option to upload a result. It just tells me how to order a test.
