Any books you own , or have read that cover the technique of changing your reaction to certain situations and your general take on life?
Not really into podcasts or YouTube vids , but like to be able to pick a book and read a chapter, then put it down and absorb the information in to a format I understand.

Spoke with a friend who just said to alter my mindset.. someone at work had a go over something I did, when I had to guess a course of action without any training.
