Think you've just missed it, have to wait a few months till they come round again.

Been looking at getting one of these as well.....Just thinking that on fast rides when it warms up, might be a bit of a problem with storing it? I know some of them roll down reasonably small, but in winter my pockets are already pretty full...

Anyway just ordered the Galibier one so will see how it goes. (£43! Can't really complain about that price - good shout JamieP)

Any reason why? Mine is ages old and still going strong.

Anyway, for bike stuff I'd second the Galibier one, their kit is consistently excellent and well fitting.

Snugpak Elite Vest is available for about £50. Or Snugpak SV3 is about £70, maybe packs smaller. Though quite generous sizing.

A bunch of options on Sportpursuit at the moment, just do a search for' gilet' and see what comes up. There's even a comedy Paramo number complete with hood.

Say what, now? It’s a very simple, down-filled gilet with no branding. I’ve got one, it’s about as un-dressy as you can get! What it is, however, is very light and pretty cheap, and warm enough for cool days and evenings.

Dressy, jeezus.

Decathlon down stuff is ok, but it leaks little bits of down all over everything.

Re.decathlon I wasn’t discounting them - more that I am aware of them at the price point and can theirs be beaten?

You can usually get some Marmot or Vaude outdoor kit on Amazon at low prices. Have a look at them

How did you get on with the Galibier gilet Woodster?

Particularly interested to hear about the fit and packability.
