He’s gone quiet on Facebook and his website has been promising a new look for months.

Fingers crossed he is in the studio!

I’m not on Twitter, is he posting on there?

Let’s hope Trump is making him good and loud and angry!

He was touring a while ago (can't remember the dates) but I don't think he came over to the UK.

Hopefully a bit of spare time on the tour bus means a few new songs penned. The last two albums have been on constant play in the car. IIRC both came out early in the new year so maybe a pattern is going to repeat itself....

Probably going to have ot stump up and do a trip to London when he tours next time. Its a worryingly long time ago I went to see Husker Du play live. Though to be fair my eardrums have just recovered.

And by the way, I hate you all, now I'm watching Bob Mould videos on youtube when I should be doing some jobs round the house!

I think it’s two years since he was over here on tour last. The tinnitus has faded so I’m hoping he’ll be over in the spring.

I might have to be grown up and wear ear plugs this time; the last gig in Cardiff in a tiny venue broke my ears quite unpleasantly.

Can’t wait for the next album, the previous 3 have been brilliant.

Pigface: I would have loved to have seen that live.

Grohl’s drumming is immense, love how no one on stage can take their eyes off him!

My favourite Sugar track.

My mate has just bought me a ticket for Manchester...can’t wait.

This’ll be my 5th or 6th Bob gig, he doesn’t disappoint. Expect an hour and a half of non-stop, distortion-heavy noise. He plays Hüsker Du, solo and Sugar stuff usually. His two band members are really good as well, drumming and bass are right and fierce.

The last time I saw him something quite bad happened to my right ear, I think I’ll take plugs this time!

Grohl’s drumming is immense, love how no one on stage can take their eyes off him!

I think that is more to do with how he looks exactly like Grant Hart whilst playing. A bit like. very good impression. Saw Hüsker Dü quiet a few times and Bob Mou,d only once when he first came over to the UK for the workbook acoustic tour. To my infinite sorrow I never got to see Sugar. Would love to seeBob with his current band they sound awesomes ❤️

Anyone else catch the latest gigs?
I thought he was brilliant in Manchester on Sunday.
Strangely, I’d found an interview with him on the end of Last Dog and Pony Show on Apple Music where he was saying he was done playing loud electric guitar tracks live. Said he didn’t want to be a sad old 50 year old not being as good as he’d been.
Well...he’s 58 now and I’m glad he changed his mind. Full of energy, even with a chest infection, with an amazing band.
Top top music, played fast and loud, non-stop for 90mins.

Saw him on Friday at Leeds, great venue (250 capacity), really crap beer!

Great gig, was worried when he first started as he sounded like he had a sore throat - made a veiled mention of the NHS but didn't divulge anymore info (found out later on Facebook he'd had a chest infection).

Great tunes, great music. Not 100% sure I'd pick them out of my back catalogue (mate wan't too impressed with selection) but was a treat seeing him again after all these years.
