I was riding down a narrow country lane the other (early) evening to meet a mate and go for a ride. I rounded this blind bend and a little way back up the road was this massive beamer, running lights on, engine on, little to no attempt to park on the side of the road. To all intents and purposes then, he was blocking the road and there was barely a bike width for me to get by.

I guess it was very hot in there as there was a young lady with next to nothing on, looking for her contacts in his lap! She must have been looking for a long time because he looked very crossly at me!

The thing is....if he is going to 'get lucky' or whatever, at least he could have parked properly.

Sheesh!

@ Rusty Shackleford - he looked very cross so I wasn't going to hang around. He also looked a little bit Neanderthal.

My wife said it would have been a laugh if I had taken a photo of the car, number plate etc, or at least pretended to. The thing is, a car is a bit quicker than a bike and I wouldn't have rated my chances!

I keep running across this sort of thing and no one seems happy to see me.

Not completely unique to BMW drivers..

There is a place, on a hill, near Portsmouth that we used to use a route up and over back into fareham, carpark set back from the road..
Has all the hallmarks of being the perfect hideaway for this kinda thing, it was..
Thing is, the footpath runs through the left side of it and you get a right old eyeful of the events taking place.. has to be dusk/dark for full effect.

Gear sticks are a favorite it seems... 😯

OMG......

I can't 'un-know' that now.

I muist lead a pretty sheltered life, or the doggers round here are amateurs!
