Anyone use one of these Bluetooth Sleep masks successfully?
Thinking about a present for the other half and she might get on well with one I thought.
The ability to block light out, play sounds and reduce the noise from ahem.... me, all seem like a good idea.
I keep getting ads for these ones from Snoozeband. The deluxe model plays white noise and seems pretty well built. You can move the ear speakers around to suit seemingly.
Costs 70 quid though so not exactly cheap and want to get a good idea of which ones are the better ones.
Any sleep mask enthusiasts in?
Mark Radcliffe on 6 Music is always banging on about his being a game-changer, but I don't know the make.
Google "kids Bluetooth sleep mask"
I got one of those animal face ones for my daughter when she's in the pop top of the camper. It didn't play it's own white noise, so we just stream some from YouTube, easy to find.
It absolutely does the job for £15. She slept through a named storm on the Welsh coast completely unaware! And it fits on my wife's head as well (she's used it a few times!)
£70 seems a steep uplift for a white noise feature. Like richardkennerley, I bought a £15 BT sleep band from 7dayshop, although for Mrs Lex. As she didn’t get on with it, I recovered it, pulled the “guts” out and put them in a pair of 3M ear defenders, so I can now mow & strim with R6 aural accompaniment.
I got the regular Snoozeband for £40 for Mrs R and was so impressed I got another for myself.
It works very well for listening to podcasts BT’d from the phone as I drop off. I would not pay another £30 to get delux, you can stream your own white noise if you want.
Wife loves hers. Uses it a lot for drifting off to a podcast or trying to get back sleep when her brain is too thinky or her partner too noisy
Been using them for years. I can't sleep without them. Podcast on, I'm asleep in minutes. Without it I'm lying staring at the ceiling mentally replaying every mistake I've ever made in my life
Mrs Bloke has a snoozeband. She loves it and uses it all the time.
I would not pay another £30 to get delux, you can stream your own white noise if you want.
I don't think it's just the white noise thing is it? I think the strap is different, looks more substantial overall. I think.

Maybe so, but the standard one works fine. No reason to pay more, unless you really want to - my opinion as a user.
I had a fancy pants snoozeband (£50+ i think) and it 'did what it said on the tin' brilliantly. But it broke, so then I got this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0852W5RR2?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1
For about £12. It also "does what it says on the tin", brilliantly. but for twelve quid. In fact, it's thinner, and a bit more comfortable!
Get the cheaper one. use the rest of the money for C+H.

EDIT - link not working? Look on amazon for "
Sleep Headphones Personalised Gifts for Dad Sleepphones - Bluetooth Headband Sleep Earphone Sleepband Built-in HD Stereo Speakers, Ultra-Soft Wireless Sleeping Headphones Birthday Gifts for Her Him"
I think we've already got those ones actually. I think they're more of a headband whereas I'm after something that's specifically doing blackout too.
