My car stereo doesn't have an aux socket so I can't plug in my phone to play music. Can you get decent bluetooth speakers for the car that I can use for this?

I've got an iTrip gathering dust upstairs. It's designed to plug into the dock port on an iPod, or iPhone pre 5, without a case.
I gave up on it because I couldn't find a frequency that would allow me to drive more than a few miles without it being swamped by a commercial station, or a pirate station, or BBC Wales as I dropped down into Bristol on the A420.
I bought a new radio with a USB port instead. You can get new radios with USB for fifty-sixty quid.
Or you could get a radio with BT built-in as well as USB.
I doubt very much that you'd find speakers suitable for a car with BT.

87.6MHz has served us well as a do it all frequency on cross-country trips from East Anglia to Bristol via that famous London. Very occasionally we'll get a burst of pirate radio in Ipswich or Bristol.

You can "tap" into a lot of head units via the cd changer input...

I've got a Jabra Cruiser 2. Works for music, and works as a handsfree phone kit too. Transmits via FM to the radio. You can occasionally get interference, normally from someone else's handsfree kit, but it's pretty well sorted.

ITrip didn't work well for me, especially when travelling cross country. For a little over £100 you can get a a Parrot hands free kit that allows you to stream music and the phone hands free side works better than the OE system in my car.

For £100, you could get a perfectly good head unit from Pioneer, Sony or Kenwood with a USB port, possibly even a DAB/DAB+ unit.
Here's a Kenwood unit with USB, but no DAB, for £65: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_categoryId_165655_productId_1033194_langId_-1?cm_mmc=Google+PLA-_-Car+Audio-_-DAB+Radios+&+Car+Stereos-_-705323&istCompanyId=b8708c57-7a02-4cf6-b2c0-dc36b54a327e&istItemId=xmqpapipm&istBid=tzwr&_$$ja=cgid:8475777004%7Ctsid:35522%7Ccid:166296844%7Clid:50602838695%7Cnw:g%7Ccrid:44739949204%7Crnd:12181435643714791338%7Cdvc:t%7Cadp:1o2%7Cbku:1&gclid=CKqbw6fFyb4CFSsIwwodupcA3Q
Here you go, a Philips unit, with DAB and USB, for £69: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_918329_langId_-1_categoryId_165655
A rather nice Sony DAB with front USB for £109: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_918359_langId_-1_categoryId_165655
