Looking for a bluetooth hands free kit for the car to be used with android phones.
ideally bluetooth to FM transmitter types as there's no aux plug on the stereo.
If the same transmitter can be used to bluetooth music to the stereo that would be great too.
I've had a brief scour, and am finding lots of bluetooth handsfree thingamys, but all seem to either require an Aux port or will only transmit music if you plug the phone in with a 3.5mm jack, or a UBS/SD direct.
is there anything that will do what I ask that doesn't cost huge sums?

What do you consider a huge sum? For about £100 I got a parrot mki9200 second hand/excellent condition, which just about plug & play for any car stereo. Routing the mic wire was easy enough in my case & it worked brilliantly.
The Pioneer stereo I bought is pants in comparison, although it is nice only having one unit.
Budget is under £50 but I suspect I'll not find anything for that?
I've got one of these and it's very very good for the money. If you have a decent radio, you can't tell the difference between bluetoothed music and a CD.
I don't own this, but am on the verge of buying it after researching the exact same thing only last week!
I'm fairly sure I read lots of positive reviews on Amazon (possibly on the US site), but you can find it on Ebay too:
