Bought a PC to use for Zwift good graphics card and power but no wireless or Bluetooth - do I need 2 dongles or is there a combined one?

I think you need to double dongle - Bluetooth will cost you about a fiver, WiFi about a tenner

Something like this will be more reliable/better signal if you have a spare PCIe x1 slot and USB header on the motherboard:
