How do I bleed this type of radiator valve?

Undo the outermost hex and the air/water will come out of the 'spout' 🙂
Stick some clear tubing over it and put the other end in a jam jar for maximum cleanliness.

As a regular rad bleeder, these are my fave valves as submarined mentions you can use a tube and jar and it is all neat and tidy. Unfortunately quite rare so my normal job involves a towel and probability of mess.
I manage 26 rental props as a side job at work, every week there is a complaint of rads not heating up, so I tend to pop in after work and do it rather than call the plumber.
