been trying to set up my replacement torch for ages and i cant. i nearly threw it out the window before i found out bb is down. 🙁

I did notice that BB inbox didn't match the work inbox today - that's why, eh? Got to say, first ever BB problem.

its a replaceemnt bb torch. so it wont be reguistered as i only just got it

You need to get that phones imei registered for BIS call O2 to enable the replacement for BIS otherwise it wont work.

no they wont, different departments. I had the same issues with VF. dont cost anything to double check with them.
